Simplified Device Data Profiles
- This update improves device data profile management on the Partner Portal. The confusing "None" option was removed, preventing accidental null values. Devices without a profile now show an empty value. This ensures accurate data and simplifies device management.
Expanded Partner Portal User Capacity
- The Partner Portal's user limit was increased from 100 to 250 users per partner. This expansion allows partners to grant portal access to a larger team, facilitating collaboration and streamlining workflows.

Resolved: Livestreming issue

We are happy to announce that we have fixed the livestreaming issue on US and EU clouds.
Additionally, we were notified by AWS that between January 28 10:56 PM and January 29 3:06 AM PST, they experienced an issue for CloudFront customers with S3 static website origins. This could have impacted partners using surfsight portal, partners portal, and s3 presigned urls.

the team is still investigating and full RCA will be provided later.

Remote Factory Reset for Enhanced Device Management
- This enhancement empowers Resellers and Partners with the ability to remotely initiate a factory reset of devices directly from the Partner Portal UI. This streamlines device management processes, enhances support efficiency, and improves the overall customer experience.
- This decreases on-site visits and enables rapid device recovery in case of security breaches. This improves overall support and increases customer satisfaction.
Ongoing Updates that Decrease Portal Access Interruptions
- This enhancement decreases the disruptive forced reloads that occur when updates are deployed to the Admin, Partner, and Surfsight portals.
- By handling the update process in the background, this feature reduces interruptions in user sessions, increasing productivity.

Fixed Items
- Assign devices to an organization; Displays a success message rather than an error. (Resolved.)
- The dashboard and Surfsight logos overlap with one another. (Resolved.)

An upcoming changes to the Surfsight API may impact your use of the service.
- The same PIN number cannot be assigned to both a driver and an admin PIN in an organization. Until now trying to configure the same PIN number was rejected and a 200 code was returned. Now, if the same PIN number is assigned to both a driver and an admin PIN, the operation fails, and an error code is returned.
  This applies whether the request to assign the same number is made in one, or multiple API calls using the following API endpoints:
  - PUT /devices/{imei}/device-config
  - PUT /devices/device-config
  - POST /organizations/{orgId}/device-settings
The dashboard now shows Device Billing Status in a chart illustrating the percentages of dashcams that are: Activated, Pending Activation, Deactivated, and Suspended.
Users can now wake up the AI-12 dashcam using a WAKE UP button in the Edit Device window.
