​Remote Factory Reset for Enhanced Device Management
This enhancement empowers Resellers and Partners with the ability to remotely initiate a factory reset of devices directly from the Partner Portal UI. This streamlines device management processes, enhances support efficiency, and improves the overall customer experience.
This decreases on-site visits and enables rapid device recovery in case of security breaches. This improves overall support and increases customer satisfaction.
Ongoing Updates that Decrease Portal Access Interruptions
This enhancement decreases the disruptive forced reloads that occur when updates are deployed to the Admin, Partner, and Surfsight portals.
By handling the update process in the background, this feature reduces interruptions in user sessions, increasing productivity.
