Fixes

Events file API returns mediaAvailable=false while media exists

This release fixes an issue where the Events API (/v2/devices/{imei}/events) incorrectly returned mediaAvailable=false for certain events, even when video was available and retrievable through the event-file-links API.

This inconsistency could cause integrations relying on the mediaAvailable field to skip downloading video. Devices with concealment enabled were more likely to be affected.โ€‹

 With this update:โ€‹

  • The Events API now correctly returns mediaAvailable=true when media is available and retrievable.

  • A data correction script backfilled accurate mediaAvailable values for all affected events dating back to January 1, 2026.

The filter by name in the alarm report does not work properly

This release fixes an issue when searching for a specific camera in the Alarms Report using the name filter duplicated the entered text multiple times in the search bar, preventing users from locating the desired unit.

With this update:

The name filter in the Alarms Report now works correctly. Entering a camera name in the search bar returns accurate results without any text duplication.
