Streamlined RMA Device Tracking
This feature introduces a dedicated "RMA Devices" tab within the Partner Portal's Device Health section. Fleet managers can now view, search, sort, and download comprehensive reports on devices processed for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This enhancement provides quick access to essential RMA information, including organization name, IMEI, device name, and RMA date, improving device management and tracking efficiency. Users can download this data in CSV format for further analysis.
Actionable ADAS Data: Calibration Status Integrated into the Devices Tab
Integrating ADAS calibration status and type directly into the Partner Portal's Devices page provides a consolidated view, enabling easy monitoring, filtering, and reporting of calibration data. The key benefit for users is a streamlined workflow for managing ADAS calibrations, leading to improved fleet safety oversight and reduced administrative time. By offering quick visibility and actionable data, this feature empowers proactive fleet management and contributes to safer vehicle operation. Focused Configuration: Removing Irrelevant Events for AI-14
Removing unsupported event configuration options for AI-14 devices within the app portal prevents misconfigurations. Users managing AI-14 devices will no longer see or be able to enable events like Lane Weaving, Tailgating, Passenger Unbelted, Yawn, Tamper, Power Disconnect, or Vibration/Jolt in the user interface. This change is specific to AI-14 devices, leaving the event configuration for AI-12 devices unchanged. Furthermore, bulk operations will not attempt to apply these unsupported events to AI-14 units, and the Aggressive Driving report will display "N/A" for these events on AI-14 devices, both in the UI and in exported CSV files, decreasing the amount of misleading data.
Implement Power On/Off Event Alarm Inactivation (BETA)
This feature introduces an inactivation mechanism for the Multiple Power On/Off event alarm. The alarm will automatically become inactive and will not exhibit the same behavior if the power is turned off less than or equal to 5 times in a single day. The alarm v2
and v1 APIs will provide detailed results, including new fields, and the system will log and track historical unmount events, capturing all relevant details. Furthermore, the system will prevent the raising of two alarms of the same type for a particular IMEI.
Dashcam Reset Frequency Alarm (BETA)
This feature introduces an in alarm-service-v2 to notify Lytx partners when a device's dashcam resets more than 30 times within a 24-hour period. This will allow partners
to monitor for potential device issues. The system will raise an alarm when the reset threshold is exceeded, and the alarm v2 and v1 APIs will provide detailed results, including new fields. The system will also log and track historical events, capturing relevant details.
Dashcam Disconnection Alarm (BETA)
This feature introduces an alarm to notify Lytx partners when a device is not working (not connecting to the cloud) for more than 4 continuous days. The system will raise an alarm when this condition is met. Once the device comes back online and transmits a diagnostic message, the alarm state will transition to inactive. The alarm v2 and v1 APIs will provide detailed results, including new fields. The system will also log and track historical events, capturing relevant details.
AI-12 Privacy Mode Driver Notification
This enhancement addresses requirements to provide notice to the driver when the device is collecting data. (Privacy mode is now OFF) and when the device is not collecting data (Privacy mode is now ON.)
