Phishing Alert Update
1753114500000
We are writing to update and clarify the Phishing Alert reminder sent earlier this week. This update confirms that there was no phishing attempt.
What Happened: On July 11th, our service provider experienced a technical glitch that resulted in the distribution of incorrect messages requesting password changes to some of our valued reseller partners, including yourself.
Our Response: Upon being notified, we immediately commenced an investigation. As the source was not apparent, Lytx issued a precautionary message to our reseller partners regarding the suspicious activity. Upon further investigation, we determined the source was a third-party service provider, who has assured us that the glitch has been resolved and measures have been put in place to prevent a recurrence.
Next Steps: To avoid a disruption in your access or use of the Lytx Partner Enablement Platform, please ensure that the mmem5.com domain is not blocked and is accessible by your organization. No action to change your password is required.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. The security of our services and your experience is of utmost importance to us.
